PART I- MAINTAINING YOUR FITNESS ON THE ROAD

Matt and I find ourselves on the road quite a bit these days and many of you have asked how I am able to stick w/ my training & workout routine as well as healthy eating when I'm on the road so I thought I'd write a quick blog with some tips on how we make things work. I kind of enjoy the challenge of trying to plan out my training when we travel and I definitely welcome the change of scenery. I guess I would say I subscribe to the motto "Where there's a will, there's a way".
