I'm sure many of you have noticed it's officially mango season as they are now occupying one corner of your grocery store produce section. With summer almost here, mango salsa is a sweet and refreshing addition to any meal. I have been obsessed with making mango salsa for the past several weeks as it pairs with just about any meal.
So I know what many of you are thinking about this title. "WHY in your right mind, would you NOT include eggs in your breakfast"? Eggs are one of the most wholesome foods on the planet and I am a huge fan of them and normally make them a part of my everyday routine. They are chock full of protein, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals and are one of the few foods that include choline, an important nutrient for the proper functioning of your body.
So we’ve all heard before that chocolate is good for us. For most of us, we like to translate this in our heads as meaning we can eat more candy bars. Unfortunately, most chocolate, especially that made into candy bars and sweet candies retains very little, if any, of the benefits of natural cacao.
